We make every effort to process your order within 24 hours, however orders placed over weekends or holidays may take a little longer. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation.
USA
- We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $15.
International
- International orders are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail and rates vary by destination country. Please note that shipping does not include any duties and taxes.
If you would prefer an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Refunds
Returns
We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products and that they arrive in pristine condition. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send it back within 45 days of receipt. If it was not a Sale item we will replace it or issue a full refund.

Return Instructions
Pack your item into a box along with your original invoice. Also place into the box a note telling us whether you would like a return or an exchange and your contact information, especially your shipping address.

We’ll replace, or refund your purchase once we receive the returned merchandise. We will ship the items back to you free of charge using non-expedited shipping if the item is a replacement.
